Riviera Beach marine supply store Sea Chest to close after 30 years in business

The Sea Chest emporium of used boat parts, surplus marine equipment, and knickknacks will close its doors to make way for parking. Established in Riviera Beach in 1981, the Sea Chest marine store has just 90 days to wrap up 30 years of business.

 We ran across this nifty cap and lamp combination at the NYC Boat Show yesterday. Three types of LED lights are built into the bill of the Sailors Night Vision Cap to allow visibility at night and other low-light conditions. This useful tool/hat is on display at booth 1229 at the 2011 New York Boat Show.
